The Tanzania Poultry Industry Association (TPIA) is a non-profit membership association established to be the unifying voice and driving force of Tanzania's commercial poultry sector. At its core the TPIA was Found by two Members of Main associations the Tanzania commercial poultry association (TCPA) and the Tanzania feed manufacturer association (TAFMA) after a series of Meetings and discussions that led to the realisation that coming together would create a stronger, more unified industry.
We are headquartered in Temeke, Dar es Salaam, with members operating across all 26 regions of Tanzania.

TPIA has three categories of membership, each with defined eligibility criteria and rights as set out in the Constitution (Article 3–6).
